Unlike most traditional designers, we don’t create unbuildable designs that will cost you unknown future sums.

  7. We take responsibility for your renovation success. Other designers produce drawings and, occasionally, spec books - but not real hotels. They add disclaimer after disclaimer to their designs. Their prices are often extreme but they frequently just provide prototypes copied from Brand Standards or other hotels.
